How do I track and/or cancel my order?Updated 16 days ago

You can track your order by logging in here and using the email address you used when you placed your order.  🚚 

Additionally, we send out an order confirmation email from [email protected] where you can view the status. Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with the tracking information. 

If you’re a subscriber, you can also view your order status by logging in here. If you’re prompted to log in, please log in and click on 'Order History' to view the status or your order.

Note: Please give our shipping partners (i.e. USPS, UPS, etc.) 24 hours to scan your packages once you get the tracking information. Also, sometimes USPS likes to mark a package "Delivered" while it's still en route. Weird... we know. Please give them 12 hours before reaching out!
