To track your order, open your order confirmation email from [email protected] and click the link that says "View your order". This will take you to your Tracking Page where you can see the shipping progress of the package. 🚚

Note: Sometimes USPS & DHL like to mark a package "Delivered" while it's still en route. Weird... we know. Please give them 12 hours before contacting our Customer Happiness Department at [email protected].

If you still have not received your order, please email [email protected] and we'll make sure to get another package shipped to you immediately (for free, obvi). 🚀
